The customer shall be obliged to return the goods to the return address specified by ABP within 10 calendar days of sending the revocation. The returned goods must be sent to the specified address in their original packaging, complete, with all accessories and a detailed description of the fault, together with the delivery bill. Returns shall be at the expense and risk of the customer.
If ABP's inspection reveals that the goods have no identifiable defects or that they are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, ABP may charge the customer for the work involved, the return shipment or any disposal.

The customer has a right of withdrawal of 10 calendar days from receipt of the goods. The revocation must be made in writing by e-mail or letter. The revocation does not require any justification. The exercise of the right of withdrawal leads to a reversal of the contract.
Payments already made shall be refunded to the customer within 20 calendar days of receipt of the goods by ABP or upon presentation of proof of dispatch. However, ABP reserves the right to demand reasonable compensation for damage, excessive wear and tear or loss of value due to improper handling of the goods. The corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced to the customer.
